During the play of Apollo, you will go through five phases:

  1. You start by studying the historical data and mapping the knowledge and experience of the team.
  2. You prepare for everything necessary to establish a successful business. This includes understanding the rules of the game, data analysis, making decisions at various levels, mapping the process (physical, financial, digital), and assigning roles and responsibilities within the team.
  3. You physically set up the production factory and the rest of the company before the start of the game day. Now everything needs to be prepared for the kickoff!
  4. Execution… Start! Run, communicate, observe, evaluate, adjust, improve. From second 1 to the end of the game, you are in full action mode!
  5. After the game, you will evaluate and look for possible learning and improvement points. Reporting is, of course, also required.

‘Planning & Organization’ provides insights into how your team progresses through the phases of this game and what is involved.

‘Coaching’ explains the role of the coach. Here, you can read about what you can expect from a coach and what you cannot.

On the ‘Assessment’ page, you will find details about the difference between formative and summative feedback and how it is integrated into the game.
